Principal Objective: Development of a radiological screening system based on Artificial Intelligence to help identify the severity of pneumonia generated by COVID-19.

More about this Study:

One of the symptomatic aspects of COVID-19 is the effect of pneumonia. Using machine learning technologies, the study will help develop a radiological screening system based on Artificial Intelligence to help identify the most serious cases of COVID-19.

IFIC, the Universitat Politècnica de València and the Foundation FISABIO have worked on several studies on radiology, medical physics and Artificial Intelligence. Among others, IFIC and UPV participated in the development and implementation of Machine Learning techniques to help diagnose breast cancer through mammograms.
